The device forms a coated water mist on the outer layer of the cutting head of the roadheader, which can effectively reduce the dust concentration, improve the dust suppression effect, reduce the water leakage of the cutting head, and extend the service life of the device. At present, the device has been successfully applied to a series of roadheaders independently developed by Shijiazhuang Coal Mining Machinery, ensuring the occupational health and safety of underground workers.
